Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our orientation services, voucher delivery, and university admissions.

UniMatcher® utilizes the standardized Ghanaian tertiary admission formula: calculating your aggregate based on your best 3 core subjects (English, Mathematics, Integrated Science/Social Studies) plus your best 3 elective subjects. It compares this against historical and current cut-off points across accredited universities in Ghana, preventing you from wasting form fees on courses where your grades do not qualify.
Our voucher portal delivers Serial Numbers and PINs immediately via WhatsApp and SMS within 3 to 5 minutes of completing your Mobile Money payment (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or AT Money). Every voucher is direct, genuine, and verified with WAEC and university portals.
Absolutely! That is one of our primary specialties. If your aggregate is slightly above the competitive threshold for Legon or KNUST main campus, our consultants guide you to high-reputation alternatives such as Technical Universities, UCC, UPSA, UDS, accredited fee-paying streams, diploma-to-degree transition programs, or Colleges of Education where your grades shine.
Yes! We provide verified Ministry of Health (MoH) nursing vouchers and PRU Colleges of Education vouchers, along with comprehensive interview orientation sessions to help you ace the physical interview screenings.
